We had a wonderful time relaxing at the hotel, especially enjoying the cozy ambiance created by the dimmable lights in our room and the warm swimming pool. The sauna was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the coffee selection could be a bit more varied. 😊

Nice pool, but needs some work
The pool was a nice surprise, perfect for kids! Breakfast had a lot of options too. But man, the cleaning could use some serious attention. Had mold in the shower and dust everywhere. Reported a lamp that never got fixed, which was a bummer. It's a bit of a shame because it could be great with just a little effort!

The location close to 'la digue' was fantastic, making it easy to explore local attractions. Gluten-free bread options at breakfast were a pleasant surprise. The staff was generally helpful and accommodating during my stay, enhancing my experience. the cleanliness of the initial room I received left much to be desired, with a tub that hadn't been cleaned properly. The air conditioning unit also didn't function well, presenting challenges, particularly with a baby. The room size felt cramped, especially with a stroller. While the pool area was welcoming, noise from a nearby nightclub made it hard to sleep. The parking situation was also inconvenient, as navigating it with a larger vehicle proved challenging.

Breakfast was a letdown, lacking variety, with self-serve options from machines that didn't hit the mark. The parking situation is tight and can be a hassle to navigate, particularly for larger vehicles, and the cleanliness in certain areas, including the carpets and shared spaces, was not up to par for a place that claims to be a four-star establishment. the limited hours for the sauna and pool made it difficult to fully enjoy those facilities without running into time constraints.

comfortable stay with great breakfast options
The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, featuring a cozy armchair and a desk for convenience. The hotel provided a lovely swimming pool, which was clean and warm, offering a nice relief when the beach wasn't appealing. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, including fresh fruits and pancakes, which I greatly enjoyed, especially with the addition of a glass of Cava. The view from my room provided a delightful cityscape that enhanced the overall experience.
The cleaning service could use slight improvement.
